PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
We process orders quickly and typically ship the same day. Orders are in transit to ship at 8AM CST and again at 3:00PM CST.
Orders placed between the hours of 10:00PM and 2:00PM CST, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped at 3:00PM. In other words, if you place your order at 12:00AM CST(midnight), Tuesday morning, your order will be mailed Tuesday afternoon at 3:00PM CST.
Orders placed between the hours of 2:00PM and 10:00PM, Monday thru Friday, will ship the next morning at 8:00AM. For example, if you place your order at 9:00PM CST, Monday evening, your order will be mailed at 8:00AM CST, Tuesday morning.
We gladly accept cancellations. We ship orders at 8:00AM CST and again at 3:00PM CST. Your order confirmation email will denote when your order will be mailed. Please contact us before the scheduled time of mailing.
If your order has already shipped before you have contacted us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you contacted us before your package was scheduled to be mailed and we overlooked the email, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We gladly accept returns mailed within 14 days of delivery. If the 2 week window has passed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment as we will only issue a refund if we have received the returned item.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and as long as it is undamaged, unused and in it’s original packaging we will issue your refund. You will be notified via email of the status of your return and you should see your refund applied to your original payment method in approximately 7 days (times vary and depend on your bank).
If you have not received your package but it has been marked as “delivered” by the respective shipping service, we cannot issue a refund.
A refund may be issued to a domestic shipment if you have not received your package within 30 days of mailing and it is considered “lost” by USPS, FedEx or UPS. We cannot offer this to international shipments. However, if your international shipment has not arrived after 45 days an insurance claim may be filed.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address we cannot be held responsible. Please be sure to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. We would be glad to resend your package to the correct shipping address for additional shipping fees. You will also have the option to have the ordered goods refunded less the original postage cost and any return postage fees.
If your items are damaged during shipping please be sure to save the contents and packaging exactly as they were received. Please send a photo of the damaged packaging and contents to firstname.lastname@example.org to assist with filing and expediting an insurance claim.
We gladly ship Internationally via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping fee covers postage and handling. Any additional duties/customs will be your responsibility.
Depending on your location deliveries can take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months.
We do not offer refunds on “lost” international shipments. However, if your insured international shipment has not arrived after 45 days an insurance claim may be filed.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
